perfectly situated for exploring nearby parks and attractions
My experience was fantastic as I found the spa facilities really good and appreciated the nearby Botanik Park, only a short 10-minute stroll from the hotel, perfect for enjoying the greenery and views of the city. I also loved that the staff were attentive to my needs, recommending wonderful local restaurants to explore, especially the delicious Japanese cuisine at Maromi right nearby.

New Hotel with good staff and excellent facilities.
They excluded breackfast from the cost and that is why it seemed cheep which I found not a good idea as we had to breakfast in nearest cafe. Internet in room is very higlu craged at 8 Euro per hour which is also very expensive. Other similar hotels offers it for free.

This is now my 4th visit to The Swissotel. The staff recognize me and greet me with "Hello, Mr Paul, welcome back to Ankara". I stay in an "Executive" room on the 6th or 7th floor. Theses rooms are exceptionally well appointed, with complimentary petit fours and sweets. All the usual goodies like slippers, bath robe etc, but most importantly, free access to the Executive lounge on the 7th Floor which serves complimentary drinks and a buffet. (Breakfast and evening) Really nice views over Ankara from the terrace. Possibly not the best location for central Ankara, but still lots of shops, bars, cafes etc close by. The cost of the room at €160 is excellent value.

Unexpected luxury at every turn
I was struck by the cute ambiance and the excellent wellness facilities. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a lovely view from the outdoor patio. Even offering personalized recommendations for my sightseeing adventures.
Unfortunately, I did encounter some hiccups . While my room was spacious and beautifully furnished, the air conditioning struggled was great. Internet connectivity was spotty, which impeded my work-related tasks.

The location is very nice. Though it is not the very center - still convinient and not noisy area. The staff is mainly helpful.
They were not checking my mini bar for the last4 nights, actually did it only on the very first day of my stay. Therefore I was not getting coffe and etc. supplyes but for me personally it did not matter that much. Anyway this was the minus...

Exceeding expectations, the room was spacious and meticulously cleaned. The staff's attentiveness was really good, with gestures like a prompt room upgrade, made a lasting impression. The dining options catered to diverse tastes, including delicious salmon dishes and vegan choices. Minor service delays during peak hours were noted, and the room service menu could have offered more variety.

executive lounge was too small.. no internet connection can be established, nor could they solve the problem because their technical staff was in Istanbul.

The spa and pool were excellent
The service was not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel. The room was not ready on arrival and my requests were not noted so we had to wait and move from room to room. Breakfast was poor and very bad service. All in all not what you expect from such a hotel.
